Counselling provides a safe space to talk about concerns and issues. It’s a non-judgemental form of talking therapy. It gives a freedom to explore difficulties, emotions and issues and helps overcome problems that make you feel uncomfortable or cause distress.
Mentoring and training offer guidance and advice from an experienced and trusted professional. It’s useful when you need guidance, knowledge and would like to know more about solutions that work.
